Hyatt Place Charlotte Airport Billy Graham Parkway Hotel

The place was quirky and wonderful and the staff were polite, the location was magnificent close to the airport. The breakfast had plenty of options, cereals, toast, eggs, fruit and hot waffles.

There were too hard beds.

I loved my time in this property. Hotel's staff and location were very good, had a really amazing stay in the Charlotte area. Generally everything was great, but the bathroom was a little small.

The breakfast was VERY TASTY with lots of options and the room was warm. All in all everything was awesome, yet we had unclean bathroom.

This hotel has kind staff, freshly prepared breakfast, carpeted and very classy rooms. Fantastic view, a lovely balcony, comfy bed, too. The place where you can have lunch a few steps away from the property is Subway. All in all a bright hotel and really good stay...

Staff and layout could not be better. Loved fruit, cereals and pastries in the restaurant. Lovely bed, coffee, flat screen cable TV and large windows, separate room. Friendly check in and fast check out. It was located in a beach area. The beach nearby was good and the view was exceptional!

The bathroom I had was way too small.

It was a really nice time staying at this new generation hotel. The property area was clean, the room was immaculate. Luxury bathroom and nice hot breakfast. Neat lobby😀👌

Free breakfast, especially fruit, cereal and pastries, the staff was DILIGENT. Apart from that, renaissance park was 5 minutes away by driving. The pool was incredible and I had complementary drinks in the outdoor bar.

The views were awful and there were broken beds too.

it was a really enjoyable experience. functional fairly large rooms, neat staff, hot breakfast. late check-out too. fine hotel conveniently located in the city. also, such main attraction as amay james park was 3 miles from this property.
